Dear Reader,

As this newsletter is issued, invitations are being sent out to attend the RISING Global Peace Forum 12-13 September. RISING will be FREE this year! To express your interest in attending please email RISING@Coventry.ac.uk as soon as possible. For more details see the link in our events calendar below.

Our Restorative Justice mapping exercise is going well. We now have a clearer idea who is doing what about RJ within the City. As a result of this we have created the Coventry RJ Forum where those who feel passionately about the importance of this topic can meet to discuss how to make it more widely known and available. See the News section below for more and an application form.

Finally, as I am sure you are aware, the General Data Protection Regulation came into effect in May. In accordance with GDPR we have updated our privacy policy

We take your privacy seriously. Our privacy policy details when and why we collect personal data, how we use it and how we keep it secure.

You have the right to view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold and you can unsubscribe at any time from our mailing list using the link at the bottom of the email.

Thank you for your continued support of our work in sharing news and events related to peace and reconciliation with communities in Coventry.

Please do let us know of any peace-related news or activities happening in or near Coventry and we will be happy to add them to our website http://coventrycityofpeace.uk and include them in a future edition of this newsletter.
