This student workshop, the first in a series, will be focusing on the annual youth event, the Global Peace Workshop 2017 run by the Coventry University Centre for Trust, Peace and Social Relations (CTPSR) and its themes of peacebuilding, peace communication and solidarity initiatives. The Workshop reflects CTPSR’s vision of positive social change: https://globalpeaceworkshops.coventry.ac.uk/

We will also have Dr Michaelina Jakala with us to talk about her “Buildpeace” project to give an example of the CTPSR’s peace education initiatives.
