Help Subpostmasters Achieve Justice
Hundreds of Subpostmasters were victims of false accusations of theft by the Post Office.
For over 10 years the Post Office knew their computer system was to blame for “missing” money but told lies and prosecuted Subpostmasters for theft. If they were unable to pay for the “missing” money they lost their business, their livelihoods, homes, health, many went to prison and had their reputations destroyed.
Their legal action for justice cost them £46 million pounds, and the award they received from the Post Office still left them in debt, many with a criminal record.
The Post Office is owned by the UK government but it has refused to pay court costs.
The Justice For Subpostmasters Alliance (JFSA) is therefore seeking funding to cover the costs of getting the office of the Parliamentary Ombudsman to investigate the cover up that has gone on within Government.
They urgently need your support. No matter how small it will help they finally achieve justice.
