Survey on use of the Mental Health Act with BAME communities
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust are running a survey to find the views of people of ethnic minority backgrounds on what mental health means to them, what their perception/experience is of mental health services, and what barriers there might be contacting/using mental health services.
They want to feedback from ex/patients, family, carers as well as the wider BAME community who may not have had cause to have contact with mental health services to ascertain their views.
Responses to the survey help to develop and improve mental health services in the future, and your views matter greatly.
Please provide your feedback by completing the Service User/Carer Questionnaire
