Reconciliation at Work Part 2
On 27 February 2018 the Reconciliation Ministry Team at Coventry Cathedral invite local business and community leaders to explore what it means to live lives of reconciliation in their own contexts.
We invite you to join us at St. Michael’s House (Coventry Cathedral) as we examine strategies and approaches to help deal with conflict in your workplace, organisation, place of worship, etc. This part of the Reconciliation Associates’ Programme will be led by Sandra Cobbin. Sandra is a leadership and management trainer who works with leadership teams as they seek to develop new habits of ‘healthy conflict’ and lead change effectively. She is also an experienced mediator and facilitator.
Over two evenings (Jan 23rd & Feb 27th) we will explore:
- How to raise concerns in ways that can be heard,
- Strategies for building consensus,
- Lowering anxiety in conflict situations, and
- Reconciliation processes.
Each session costs £10 – payable at the door (cash/cheque).
All sessions run 7pm – 9pm
