25 years after Oslo Accord 1, Dr Yosef Beilin will reflect on the prospects for peace between Israel and Palestine on 21 September.
Why do some peace deals not lead to peace? Dr Beilin was the Israeli Deputy Director of Foreign Affairs at the time of the Oslo Accords in 1993 and his reflections come on International Peace Day.
