Cllr Kamran Caan invites you to a very special event in the evening of 7 March as part of our Coventry and Warwickshire Year of Wellbeing 2019.
Coventry and Warwickshire’s Year of Wellbeing 2019 is here to help improve health and wellbeing for everyone in our area.
Our Vision for the Year of Wellbeing is:
People in Coventry and Warwickshire will be part of a strong community, inspired and empowered to take action to improve health and wellbeing for themselves and others, in 2019 and beyond.
Quite simply, we aim to help inspire and empower people to change lives. We hope to help people improve their wellbeing, and the wellbeing of people around them. We have got all kinds of things going on throughout the Year, with the widest range of organisations involved.
We are particularly interested in encouraging physical activity for primary school children, helping ensure we pay attention to wellbeing in the workplace, and combating loneliness and social isolation in our communities.
At this event we will have resources to support this Vision, people offering health and wellbeing advice and support, information about local services and more.
At this event we most of all want to hear from you, your groups and your communities so please share widely, to understand more about what will help and support people now and in the future to improve their own wellbeing.
To confirm your attendance, please register so we have an idea of numbers in advance:
Food and Refreshments will be provided – please confirm any dietary requirements to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please come and join us, meet up with our teams and with other local organisations and let’s all do more to improve wellbeing for everyone in our city.

Cabinet Member for Public Health and Sport and Chair of Coventry Health and Wellbeing Board, Coventry City Council
