This free INSET training course will be delivered by Peacemakers on 3 December.
Knife crime is just one issue among many faced by children that leaders in schools have to understand and manage on a daily basis. This half-day INSET will give school staff the opportunity to think more critically about peace and conflict in their schools. By the end of the session, participants will have tools to take away and use in the classroom, questions for self-reflection, and learning to share with their school.
These INSETs are funded by the Police and Crime Commissioner and delivered by Peacemakers in partnership with Minus Violence. They are suitable for colleagues in Primary, Secondary, FE settings and staff working in Alternative Provision.
The workshops are funded by the West Midlands Police & Crime Commissioner and provided free of charge for the schools.
It will be available on 3 Dec 2019 and 28 Feb 2020.
