  2. This man clearly showed that Rwanda is not a safe place. When challenged he was unable to answer. Then stated he did not understand gay people and referred to them as responsible for aids. So if sent anyone to Rwanda they at risk. This guy is a leading figure in Rwanda and very close to the government.
